looking for program that added control panel and other stuff to my computer

when you right click on my computer on the desktop; this also added
add/remove programs, management console, registry editor, etc. does anyone
know what i might be talking about ?

Personally ........... I have NO F***in* idea
 
Try a programme call open expert or opexp or something like it. Go to
google and try there. Very samll but adds a sort of 'open with' to
your right click menu. Not preceisely what you wanted but better than
the sarcsastic nerd with the other post .
