Looking for Indexing Software

Hi,

I wanted to find out if anyone know of a good File/Software indexing
software. Something similar to (http://www.cdstorager.com/) will work great
but this software performs functions only on CD. I would like a utility that
does all this as well as keep an eye on certain folders on the hard disk or
a network location. Any ideas?
