Pop along to the official samsung website and select products > download
centre and enter your phone to download any available sofware.

For ease I have located EasyGPRS here:

I downloaded it and all it shows is the stuff for phone book address and
nothing to do with pictures,and on dial up it took me 3 1/2 hours to do.

You asked for EasyGPRS?

In the menus at the top you click file transfer/media. Have alook around
the menus' you'll find all the features.

EasyGPRS comes with hundreds of images and ringtones.

All it has is Phonebook,SMS,Schedule,and Call Records that's all that is
there.
Maybe I should have ask for Samsung Data Synchronization
