Looking for FAX capability in OL 2002

Is there a way to get FAX in Outlook 2002? Is there any services that are
avail through the internet? I would prefer not to be tied down with modem
lines.

office marketplace has a number of internet fax services listed - from
efax.com to send2fax.com and venali.com - and more. I've used these three
and recommend any of them.
