Looking for Coundown & Stopwatch in-one tiny program?

I'm Looking for a Coundown & Stopwatch in-one tiny program that can be
used on the desktop.

I have each one separately, however I couldn't find one that has BOTH
features.

Any help will be appreciated! -Tivoli0

Ojtimer is part of the wonderful '90's suite of utilities OddJob. It is
a tiny standalone utility that includes both stopwatch and countdown
timer.
I have no idea where to get it now. OddJob itself, by the way is worth
a look, with a bunch of standalone programs (font viewer, clipboard
cache, etc.)

Thanks. Its simple enough but has to restarted after each cycle and I need
that to be autmatic function. May be the author will add that feature in the
next version.

I use MultiTimer. It has multiple count up / count down timers:
