looking for an app that let's you add buttons to IE

or remove activex controls. but can't remember the name of the app.
it was a single *.exe i believe (the icon looked like a wrench)

close. but the one i am thinking of not only allowed you to add /
remove buttons but it also allowed you to delete BHO's and activex
controls (not just disable).
