looking for a web browser without installation

Hello,

I'm looking for a lightweight web browser with the the following
description:

* freeware
* operates on Windows 98 and up
* can handle text, graphics, and links
* does NOT need to handle anything else: movies, sounds, javascript,
frames, etc
- - - and here's the kicker - - -
* does not need to be "installed". That is, it does not need a
registry key; it can reside in any directory, even a CD, etc.

Any good ideas?
