looking for a tweak to modify hints

when the mouse passes over the buttons, a hint balloon pops up and displays
additional information.

I would like to disable that feature. Is there a tweak which will stop the
balloon hints from appearing ?

I have tweakUI but didn't find one in there, I also tried Kelly's "disable
all" set but those didn't work either.

The option is in tweakui cleverly hidden under "taskbar and start
menu".
