Looking for a phonebook

I remember a phonebook program I once used, it was very small, about 150kb,
and stored data in a csv file in program directory. All columns were
customizable, and data was displayed in a grid. Does anyone know the name of
the program?

This one in 26KB (No Install) that stores data in a csv text file and
does a combined function of phone book and call log, but hey if you
don't remember the name of the one you're looking for maybe you'll find
this one useful???

Could it be ContactBook?
