Looking for a circular flow chart with bending arrows..

I can't seem to bend the block-shaped arrows. They are curved way too much
for what I am doing. Does anyone know how or is there a download somewhere?
 
Julie, were you able to get this resolved, or do you still need assistance?

Which version of PPT are you using?
 
I would be interested to know if there's a solution (other than manually
adding edit points to a block arrow).
