TRY DOING A GOOGLE SEARCH?????sorry cap lock on,but
you'ld get a link like this
http://www.google.com/search?q=boot-vis
if you'ld like to speed boot up some,go into your bios
and change the boot settings from floppy,CD Rom,H/D---to
H/D first and turn off the diagnostic to speed up
boot. That way it won't need to test your floppy or CD Rom
drives before booting,it'll boot first from the hard-
drive.Only thing if you ever need to boot from floppy or
Rom you'll need to change it back. I.E:need to run the
start-up disc.

Try Softpedia.com or just do a Google search for
BootVis. You can also just run msconfig and goto the
Startups tab and uncheck whatever is extraneous. Also
got BlackViper.com to see what services can be safely
disabled.
