A computer "user" recently tried to network two
computers. One was in his office hooked up to a LAN and
was part of a domain. The 2nd was a laptop that was used
to present Power Point Presentations with a projector.
The "user" tried hooking the two together but would not
work. He then made "some" changes trying to change both
to a work group. After he made his computer (from a
domain) to a workgroup (still on the domain) the computer
frooze. Now, when the domain logon screen appears, there
is no domain and his normal passwords do not work. The
computer will not let me pass this sign on screen. How
do you reset this back to a domain if you can not get in
the Windows. I did go through F8 and requested to boot
to the last time that it worked correctly, but the
computer did not chnage. Any suggestions.
