Logon to User Profile

Hi Everybody.
I have a serious problem, because I can't logon to my user profile when I
start the PC.
Always windows is loading a Temp Profile.
At startup just together with the Welcome screen it says windows can't load
the profile, because it probably is corrupt (something like that).
What can I do that windows starts my user profile (admin rights) again?
Please help.
