logon screen problems

I turned off my computer and noticed a difference in the log off and logon. Instead of the primary blue logon screen with the icon, i get this small box which says my name and asks for the password. Is there any way to get the blue screen back?

While logged on with an account in the administrator group, open Control
Panel> User Accounts. Change how users log on/log off. Check the box to use
the Welcome Screen.

NOTE: If the computer is member of a domain ,the Welcome screen is not
available. Also -- In some cases, third party software, such as PC
Anywhere, may disable the Welcome screen.
