ahvewindows xp pro and i want to change the type of logon
screen

Hi Nate,

Do you mean changing the image of the logon screen or
it's functionality on Windows XP Pro?
To replace the default logon screen (known as the
Microsoft default Graphical Identification and
Authentication DLL (Gina)), you will have to write your
own Gina:

You can check out the following website for more
information:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/administrati
on/security/msgina.asp (Contains a whitepaper on
the "Essentials of Replacing the Microsoft Graphical
Identification and Authentication Dynamic Link Library")

http://msdn.microsoft.com/

Thanks.
