logon error

Windows XP will not let me logon to my computer. It says
winlogon.exe failure: msgina.dll failed to load. Contact
your administrator to replace the file. Can I resolve this
issue via the recovery console or from a Windows XP system
disk? (Or both) This is an urgent problem, please respond
ASAP. Thank you!
