logging on my name

When I use to turn on the computer at one time it gave me
the option on which user to log on. Now it loads saying-
setting up your personal setting or something to that
effect. It is not my name that is loading up. It says the
administrator account. Then I have to log on to my name
(which I was the administrator before but not any more.
How can I at least get the window back that gives me the
option on who's name I want to sign on to.
