Logging on as administrator

I let a friend borrow my computer. i have a gateway
computer with windows 2000xp. i get my computer back and
i cannot log on as administration anymore my password and
log in information has been changed. she does not know
what the new password is i keep typing administrator for
username and i am not allowed to log on to my account.
Her username is set up as restricted account and she
does not know what my new password or username is. i
cannot make any changes to my computer and i need to use
it how do i get log on so that i can fix this
