Logging on as Administrator

It appears the only way to log onto an XP machine as
Administrator is to go in, in safe mode. Is there anyway
to configure it so that I can log on at normal start up?

If you want to be administrator, then make yourself Computer
Administrator. You don't have to use the Administrator profile because
your own user account as Computer Adminstitrator will do everything you
need it to do.
