I cannot Log Off or Turn Computer Off. Using XP Professional Do Not Have
Norton Anti-virus (MS only asnswer)

Have to reboot system to switch user

What happens when you try to log off a user; does the system freeze, is
there no option to log off a user, is there no response, something else?
