After about 15 or so minutes, Windows automatically logs
off and I have to log on again every time I step away or
something. I have no screen saver so is there a setting
that I'm overlooking so it won't log off?
Thanks

Did you look in the Control Panel Power applet?

Then I don't really know since I can't see what's running on your
computer. Are you sure you don't have any third-party security or power
management software running? Do you have a laptop or desktop? Try doing
a clean boot and see what happens:

Clean Boot in Windows XP

And make sure your computer is 100% virus and spyware-free, of course.
