I have two computers, the host computer with Broadband connection running XP
Home SP2, and a client running XP Pro SP2, I would like to be able to log in
to the XP Home computer from the Pro computer and log in to the Pro computer
while on it without removing the welcome screen, is this possible, and if so,
how?

Yes, it is possible. create the same username and password for both computers and don't use blank password. you may have many options to logon automatically, following this instruction.

windows logon ... A: To enable auto logon in Windows 2000/XP with a domain system, you need to edit the registry. Start Regedt32.exe and locate the following registry ...

I have 4 accounts on my Home computer, so if I create the same accounts with
the same passwords on the Pro computer, they will log onto the Home computer?
Do the passwords have to be non-blank?

Al,

Unfortunately, with XP Home, you can create all of the accounts you want, you
won't get access. With XP Home, you have to enable the Guest account.
