Logging in and right back out!!

Please Help me! My computer starts up normal. I get to the users screen. I
click on mine. Type in my password, and then it says "loading personal
settings." It then shows my wallpaper in the background. Then logs right back
out within a second. says "logging out" "saving your personal settings." It
does the exact same on my guest user as well. I've tried the restore to last
working settings, but that didn't help. Anyone know anything about this, and
ow I can start using my computer again??? Thanks
 
have you tried the ASR from the xp setup screen, or tried safe mode and using
system restore to a point before you started experiencing the problem. Do you
remeber when the problem first occured? do you remeber downloading, changing
a specefic setting or anything that you might have done to cause this?
 
I haven't downloaded anything, I've tried safemode but I don't know how to
restore the settings to a specific date, could you tell me how to do that?

In addition, did you just remove some spyware? If you did, this could be
