Logarithmic Graph

I need to create a Logarithmic Graph to plot X-Y points based on certain
measurements.

Requirements are: Labels on both Left and Right edges.
Labels on the Bottom.
Ability to bold certain grid lines for
reference.
Ability to color certain grid lines.
Connect the plot points.
Create a legend.

I'm Not looking for Charting or Bar Graphs. Just simple Mathematical
Lograrithmic graph with these abilities.

Does anyone have any recommendation for a third party control or maybe
suggest ways to build this?

Have you already considered exporting the dataset to Excel and doing it
there?
