Log On Troubles

When I try to log on the Windows XP it tells me that it cannot find the Logon
Interface DLL and that I have to replace it. The problem is I can't replace
it becuase I cant log in. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this
problem

Can you be more specific? Did you install something like PC anywhere and
removed it? Windows is looking for msgina.dll. Can you boot to safe mode?
