log on screen......

i think i did something and now my log on screen is just without the user
names, its just 1 big rectangular box which u put ur name or erase ur name
for different user......
i dont know how to put it back the way it was......
can anyone help me please?!?!?!?!

Go to Control Panel and double click on User Accounts.
Click on "Change the way users log on or off".
Put a check mark in the box next to "Use Welcome Screen".
You can also check "Use Fast User Switching".
Hit the Apply Options button.
Close User Accounts.
Restart your computer to see if you get the desired results.
