Okay, I've been having this problem for quite some time, and have exhausted all my powers to resolve it
Currently, I'm running Windows XP home and I have two account set up on my PC - both administrator-level. However, I set up a password on one of them for a short time, then removed it. However, now when I go to use my other account and attempt to access files in the C:\Documents and Settings\OtherUser (i.e. the desktop, my documents etc.) it brings up and error message stating "Access Is Denied"
There currently is no password on either account, and I was able to access the account before. I can resolve it by placing items in a "Shared Folder", but that's a pain to do
Any help
