log on password expiring???

i am getting a message when i start my cpu that says my
logon password is going to expire, and it is counting the
days down. Can anyone help?

All you have to do is go to
Control panel
user accounts
and change your password
OR::::
password expiry
Start>Settings>Control Panels>Admin Tools
Computer Management>Local Users & Groups>Users
Right Click your name>Properties
Check Password Never Expires

Right click on my computer>select manage. Expand local
users and groups (click on the +). Select users, then in
the right pane right click on yourself and selct
properties. Check the box that says something like
Password Never Expires. Or, you could just change your
password in the users console in control panel.
If you aren't an Administrator you may have a bit of
trouble with these. Consult your Administrator.
