Log on n' log off right after

Instead of getting the welcome screen, i now get the
window to log on. When i do the log on (administrator,
guest and my own profile), it logs off all of the sudden
and prompts the log on window again. Tried Safe Mode,
starting from the last known good configuration...

Could anyone help?
