Some program is not terminating properly, it's not rundll32.exe, but rather
an application on the system that is invoking it to run a library file. Try
manually shutting down running applications and processes (hit
ctrl+shift+escape and use task manager) before initiating logoff to see if
you can discover which is the culprit.

I get the same problem man, do u have a problem with your
internet windows?? like the close sometimes, or u can
only have 1 up at a time??
