log off

I HAVE 3 USER ACCOUNTS ON MY PC (OS IS XP )TIME TO TIME
I CANT LOG OFF ONE OR ANOTHER ACC. TO OPEN AN OTHER ACC.
I HAVE TO TURN OFF THE THE COMPUTER AND RE START
PLEASE HELP WITH ANY INFO.
