Log Off Users during MAINT window

Hello,
Is there a way to logoff all users of the database using
a command button? I am using a non-secured database,
meaning no one logs in. Users have Access 2002 Runtime
installed to view the forms. I can create a form and
command button that only I would use. Basically, just
want some way to force everyone (except me) out of the
system or quit their session.
