I got a nasty brother and he's such a pest that everytime
I am not home he tries to open my PC. Of coz, he doesn't
have my password and can't log in, yet I found it's a big
harm to my PC as it's always being shut down in a wrong
way. What can I do for that? Anyway method like if the
log-in users got 3 tries the PC will automatically shut
down and won't open within the few hours?

Thanks!

Look and see if you have the facility to specify a boot up password in the
bios. If you specify a password here then windows won't even start booting
until someone has given the right password, so this eliminates the chances
of windows being shut-down incorrectly.

If he's fiddling with stuff you don't want him touching, I'd certainly
strongly advise password protecting your bios settings anyway. These can
cause a major headache if they are changed.
