lockup's / Unknown Cause

I have tried to install XP Pro several times now from a
clean install. For what ever reason, after installing
SP1, the system will intermittetly lockup. It works good
until I install SP1. No event recorded, nothing. I do
not know what to try to identify the problem. When it
locks up, the only thing I can do is hit the reset button
on the front. Immediately after installing OS, CA eTrust
anti virus software is installed and is kept clean during
process. The system is:
Tyan Trinity KT-a Bios Version 1.13 MB with AMD athlon 1200
654 Meg of Ram
3dfx VooDoo 5
SMC lan card
Seal Audio Card
40 meg Maxtor IDE drive

.It looks like sp1 does'nt like your computer! Don't install it.
