Locking layers

I have a table , centralised . A layer has be created though on publshing
its not in the same position , and varies with the different browsers - I
need to lock the layer so its the same with every browser

It is the same with every browser. What you need to do is to lock the table
which is moving around willy nilly as the browser viewport changes width.

Show me your code, please.
