until you protect the sheet. On the toolbar click on
Tools, Protection, Protect Sheet, tick the "Protect
Worksheet and Contents of Locked Cells", then tick off
your options below, now enter a password. Make sure to
record your password somewhere because you will not be
able to unprotect the sheet without it. Remember that all
the cells are locked by default, so you need to unlock
any cells you do not want protected. You do this by right
clicking in a cell or range of cells, and select "Format
Cells", "Protection" and then untick "Locked". Hope this
