Locking Computer w/ 2 users

I have XP Home Edition, which was just reloaded. I have 2
users, I am administrator and my daughter is a limited
user. I have somehow lost the capability to lock the
computer so my daugther does not have 24 hour access
without turning off the system. Win-L, Cont/Alt/Del -
neither works.

Suggestions? Help?
