I have a Windows XP Professional based desktop computer at
home and remote out to it from work at times. I however
have a problem. I don't have the option of locking my home
system remotely since the function requires using the
windows function key on my keyboard according to the
knowledgebase. Is there a way to lock the workstation
remotely (w/full admin rights) without using the local
keyboard? I have a broadband connection to the internet
and do not have a local network so there is no domain or
networking involved. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Dan

P.S. Hopefully this is the most appropriate newsgroup to
post this question.

Thanks for the tip. I tried your suggestion but the only
problem is that I am not able to send that command to my
home system. The program I use gives other options though
such as ctrl-alt-f12 which I never use and wish I could
map that so that my home system sees it as ctrl-alt-end.
Any way of doing that? Thanks again.

Dan
