Is there anyway I can make folder limit acess without:
1.Hiding It
2.Zip and add Pass(that can be erasd)
3.Creating Multiple User Acounts
4. Withoug additional software

All I want is to lock one folder and who ever uses my pc
can't open it or use its files.

You want to lock a directory from use by other users but yourself, yet you
don't want multiple user accounts. That's pretty far fetched when you take
away the other options like you did.

EFS works on the principle of auto-decryption by the user in question(he who
encrypted, decrypts without notification). File and Directory Permissions
are based on user/group permissions. Compression is based of third party
software and/or Windows XP built in ZIP functionality does not have password
protection. You've talked yourself in a corner.

Your only option is removable media. I suggest a USB drive (PEN or Larger)
and just carry it around with you. That is the closest you will get to what
you want in my opinion.
