Hello,
I use Outlook 2000 for my e-mail program. I was setting
up some anti-spam software on my computer, when the
software locked up during the setup process. Now I can't
access my .pst file. Every time I do, my computer just
locks up without any error messages of any sort. I have
to go into Task Manager and close Outlook there. I've
created a new Outlook profile with a new .pst file for the
time being, but I have several important e-mails in my
original .pst file. I've tried running the Inbox Repair
Tool, but no problems were found. Is there any other way
I can recover my old .pst file. I don't have any backup
that I know of.
Thanks in advance,
Michael
