Locked out of PC

Help .. I changed the domain on laptop running XP Pro from my work domain to
"Workgroup" in hopes of connecting to a friends network at their house ..
now when boot-up my PC non of my user-ID's or passwords works. I'm
guessing I need to log on as Administrator but I don't think I'm entering
the right password. Is there any way I can boot-up the PC to a previous
state that would return the network settings back to my work domain or a way
to reset the Administrator password?

There isn't much you can do if you don't know the local administrator
password for the machine.
