Locked out after removing from domain, am I up the creek?

I foolishly removed a server from our domain, without checking to make
sure that the local admin account that was supposed to be in place was
really there.

Now that it is off the domain, we are without access, and cannot get
it back on the domain.

Am I screwed? Anything that I can do?
