I have read the info on how to solve the locked background problem, and I am
still at a loss. Please send some other options. Thanks

I am not replying to your message. I need some help with this newsgroup. I
cannot open up a "new Question or Comment window" but I can open up the reply
window. That is the reason that I am trying to use this relpy to get my
question posted.

I have been unable to get any help though any "contact us" link.

My Problem is how do I open up a new question window. If you could help me
or ask the question on this tread I would appreciate it.
 
John: I think I may have solved my problem. I turn off My web accelerator and
I got the new question window to open. Sorry I got into your question.

What exactly is your problem and what have you read? Be specific about
the problem and solutions you've tried.
