Lockdown Terminal Server

I've read the KB 278295 on locking down the TS, but how
to I make it so the administrator doesn't get locked down
as well. I.E. when I set the policy it applies to
everyone including the administrator.

In your policy, right click it and look at the
permissions. Add the administrators in there and give
them the deny permission when it comes to applying the
policies towards them.
