Lock the body of an E-mail

How do I sent an e-mail so that the receipent can not
change the body of the e-mail? I don't want someone to
change the e-mail with my name on it and then forward it to
a third party. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Once the recipient can see the content of your e-mail, you no longer
have any control. Most times, you don't have any control once you send
it. That's the nature of e-mail. Just like sending a letter to
someone, once they get it then they can duplicate it, flush it, use it
for a cat box liner, or whatever they feel like.
