1. In Internet Explorer
2. Go into Tools - Internet Options - Security
3. Set the Security for the Internet Zone to the Default level
4. Test.

1. Close all of the programs, including IE.
2. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Internet Options.
3. Click the Advance tab in the Internet Properties windows,
4. Click Restore Defaults.
5. Click OK. Try to access the page again.
Phase 4:
-> if the problem persists <-
Let's try and re-register the main components used by IE to see if this
helps out:
Start -> Run:
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 shell32.dll
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
