Please review the following:

Other steps:
1. view your Internet Properties - Tools Internet Options
2. On the Security tab note your settings for the Internet zone
3. Aftr recording your specific settings, select "Default Level".
4. Test to see if this impacts the symptom.
5. If desired, reset the options to their former settings.
