Lock cell dimensions

After I have adjusted the row and column dimensions to just the way that I
want them, can I lock them so that they will be the same next time it is
loaded/opened?

Why do you need to 'lock' them? When you close a workbook and open it again,
the row heights and column widths will stay the same. They will only change
if you explicitly change them. Or have I missed the point?
