Location of user's account photo

Do anyone know where the user's account location is...?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\User Account
Pictures\Default Pictures
 
If you wish to change the picture...go to:
My Computer / Control Panel / User Accounts /
Change An Account / Pick An Account To Change /
Change My Picture.
