In the Tour Windows XP (All Programs / Accessories), it
(can) play a background music. Where can I locate this
music file on my PC?

You only have to look !

Try C:\WINDOWS\Help\Tours or whatever your windows folder is.

Try this: C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\images\title.wma
